Refund policy

REFUNDS:

No refunds will be granted on any products. We do quality checks on every item and ensure that it meets our high standards.

No lost or damaged items will be refunded, replaced, nor returned for repairs.

 

INSURANCE:

We do not add insurance when sending orders via courier and all items lost or damaged by the courier will be at your own risk, unless you arrange your own courier service with insurance coverage.

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders cannot be cancelled. Once an order is placed (confirmed and paid in full), no refunds will be made.

 

DELIVERY:

Please ensure that all items on your order were included in the package once received. In the event there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue (We are all human, we can assure that all orders are double-checked and though not a common occurrence, we all sometimes make mistakes)

 

ADDRESS COMPLETION:

Addresses need to be completed accurately, as we do not take any liability for orders being sent to an incorrect address by error of a customer.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable for all custom orders. Custom orders will only deemed as accepted once the deposit is paid. Commencement of work on custom orders will only take place after payment of said deposit.

The waiting period for custom orders is 3 - 4 weeks depending on amount of items and size of order placed.

 

RESALE:

All items bought from Miqsy Creations remain the property of Miqsy Creations and may not be rebranded or resold under any circumstances, unless agreed upon by signing of an Agreement or Contract with Miqsy Creations.
